About the Organisation
Governance Structure
AIDECA is governed by its members, through two elected bodies.
General Assembly
AIDECA’s supreme body. All members meet every three years to approve the activity and financial reports and to elect the Executive Board. Extraordinary assemblies are convened for statutory changes.
Executive Bureau
Elected body of 7 members responsible for implementing General Assembly decisions, managing the organisation day-to-day, and representing AIDECA externally.
Funding Transparency
AIDECA does not accept funding from sources that conflict with our values or independence. All funding agreements are subject to signed grant contracts with reporting obligations.
